“In the last twenty years the average annual temperature in Franciacorta has risen by 2 degrees, reaching 14 degrees against 12 in the period 1980-2000”.
(Il Corriere della Sera, Brescia – May 29, 2022)
In an historical moment marked by deep changes at
global level, making wine means adapting human intervention on the effects of a
constantly changing factor: the climate. But how does it translate into the
glass?
In light of this, we are waiting for you on Sunday,
May 28 at 10 a.m. to join the vertical tasting of five historical editions
of Franciacorta Satèn: a journey backwards in time, from the 2011 to the
amazing 1999 harvest, to retrace together the evolution of Ronco Calino in step
with the climate changes of the last twenty years.
Graziano Buffoli, production manager in Ronco Calino,
will accompany you during the whole tour, from the visit of the cellars to the
final tasting.
