1-3 MAY2026: Ronco Calino Franciacortas meet the Cheeses from the Tre Valli Bresciane

The province of Brescia, of which Franciacorta is part, has long been known as a “land of work.”

A land where entrepreneurial spirit and ancient crafts intertwine and shape the landscape, from vineyards to lakes to alpine pastures.

And it is precisely on the occasion of the May 1st long weekend, Labor Day, that the Ronco Calino Franciacortas meet an exceptional trio for a truly delicious pairing: the cheeses from the Tre Valli Bresciane (Three Valleys of Brescia), by the Zanini family, historic cheese refiners for three generations in Collio, a small town in Alta Valtrompia (Brescia).

From Friday, May 1st to Sunday, May 3rd, after visiting the cellars, you will taste Franciacorta Satèn, Brut, and Nature Millesimato paired with the cheeses Silter DOP from Val Camonica, Nostrano Valtrompia DOP from Val Trompia, and Bagòss DOP from Val Sabbia.
