SUNDAY, MAY 31: PICNIC WITH SPIEDO & FRANCIACORTA

On Sunday, May 31, Ronco Calino Franciacortas will meet one of the great symbols of the Brescian culinary tradition: the “spiedo” – the traditional spit-roast from Brescia.

A true expression of conviviality and sharing, with its long preparation and slow cooking, spiedo is the perfect companion for those Sundays when you can simply forget about the clock.

After the winery tour, you will be served a portion of spiedo with roasted potatoes prepared by the historic Trattoria del Gallo in Rovato (BS), and you can relax on our vineyard-view garden – do not forget to bring a blanket! To accompany the experience, one bottle of our Franciacorta Brut BIO will be served for every two guests.

Cost: 50,00 euros ADULT | 25,00 euros KIDS

*Spiedo is a traditional dish from the Province of Brescia, prepared with different types of meat slowly cooked on a spit and flavored with sage and butter.

IE: The event is provided also in case of bad weather, but the lunch will be hosted indoors, in our vineyard-view tasting room.

The option for kids consists in the same menu, but the price does not include the Franciacorta bottle.
