After
"starred" experiences, it was alongside Nonna Tonia that Roberta Lamberti found her way: going back to her origins and bringing the queen of
Italian cuisine on wheels: the polpetta.
For the first time, she and her vintage caravan stopped in Franciacorta, with a selection of three polpette for all tastes: "Le Palle" of Piedmontese Fassona beef, "La Cicerona" of Colfiorito chickpeas and spices and "La Cacio e Pepe". Accompanying them, hand-cut artisanal chips and, in the glass, two vintages of Franciacorta Brut Millesimato Magnum format from our historical archive.
The event,
preceded by the guided tour of the cellars, will take place from 10.30 am to 7 pm,
in time slots with limited access and in compliance with anti-Covid
regulations:
